Lovestitch cream coloured long sleeve top

This very feminine blouse has a V-neck with buttons down the front with a slightly see-through solid front with pleating detail on the chest and intricately embroidered see-through back and flowy bell sleeves. Size small but fits a medium. Only worn a couple times it had a tiny hole on the sleeve which I repaired hard to see (last pic) not noticeable when wearing. Very good condition.
