Lower price! Banana Republic Peplum zip blazer

Something of a rarity these days is a blazer that cuts short enough to cover the waist just enough without being cropped while also keeping your tummy in check. When I want to give the slouchy, menswear blazer a break, I reach for a tailored, fitted blazer like this one. A classic black with an easy zipper to define the curves in all the right places. I've layered this blazer with blouses, tank tops and even sweaters and looks as great over jeans as over a dress or skirt. There's a subtle texture to this fabric that takes this classic look to another level of posh. It's a mid-weight fabric that doesn't stretch. The black tag (see photo) is illegible, so I cannot make out what the material is. This fabric will show lint more than polyester fabrics often used for blazers. This blazer was previously dry cleaned. Size 6 Measurements: 22 inches from shoulder to the bottom seam, 16 inches across the chest when zipped closed, 23.5 inches sleeve length, 15 inches at the smallest part of the waist when closed. My wardrobe lives in a smoke-free and pet-free home.
