LuLu Lemon Black and Blue Leggings

Stylish leggings in black and blue. Perfect for active days. There is a dot however, it has the white part faded off. lol. But, I've compared to my 4's and 2's and if I look at it hard in different angles I'm 98% they're a 2. Waist measures 12" with a tiny stretch to it. There is no pilling however, the bottom of the legs has a different material by the color stripe and in the picture you can see little bits of white(only close up) but It's the elastic coming through due to dryer. Obviously someone didn't hang. lol Other than that they're in great condition and you can't see that part to be honest unless on camera and up close.
