Luca Cream/soft blush off the shoulder gathered neck blouse

Soft and nice drape. Pale beige soft blush colour. Looks more pink in the pictures - more of a dandy tone. Looks great with a tan or warmer skin tones. Bought a black one at Saks Fifth (also for sale in another post) loved it so much went on the hunt for more colours. Flattering elastic band that creates a soft ruffle look. Size M
