This is a cute little off the shoulder dress from Lucky Brand in a size large. Smocking all along the bodice area and top of the sleeves. Puffed bell sleeves below the ruching. Mini length at about 29” from the neckline. Blue and white nautical stripe printed flowy dress in a 100% cotton fabric, fully lined. Bust measures about 33” but it is fully smocked and elastic.
