sarasmith261 Can you please add more photos of the frayed part? It’s black and I have a hard time understanding if the body is torn or not 🩷 thank you Also would you consider lowering the price because there is some damage. No pressure 😊 whatever you see best

kdlposh @sarasmith261 I added a couple new photos to try to show off the frayed part better. Let me know if this helps. If not, I will try a video. The strap was cut right before the middle section. You essentially loose one spot to clip into. Yes, I can come down on the backpack. Also happy to offer a bundle deal with the Mexx top. If you have any other questions, let me know. 🙂
