Lululemon Beat the Heat Halter Convertible Dress

Dress is in like new condition, though does have so wash marks which can be washed out. I believe this name of this dress is Beat the Heat but I could be incorrect as it is an older Vintage Lululemon Piece. I love it but I just don't reach for it any longer, so its time for her to find a new home! Dress is considerable to either solid black or white with black straps or tie back on the black side ONLY, white side is strapless Dress has pockets on both sides for items of importance and is a flowing fabric I'm not sure if the fabric has faded due to wash/wear or if this dress was originally printed in a lighter back fabric.
