These tights are brand new with the tag. The colorway is awesome, they are as they appear in the stock photo. My own photos come out a little darker with my phone camera. Such a gorgeous, brightly hued legging. I have a pair for myself and use them on runs, mtb, and hikes. No complaints and these leggings are easy care. Measurements as per order of photos: Waist straight across: 14 inches Rise: 10 inches Inseam: my measurement shows 24 inches, tag indicates 25 inches.
