Lululemon Cotton-Cashmere Knit High-Rise Short 4", Black. Size 8. Naturally breathable. Made with a hint of cashmere and blended with organic cotton to make this fabric super-soft to the touch. Functioning pockets and drawcord. These shorts have a bit of wear to them, specifically on the waist band seam. It is hard to show the shorts due to the material and color, but there is also some pilling between the legs. Overall, lots of life still left in them, but not in perfect condition.

sarrdarr @scoutsss I cannot guarantee but the measurement laying flat across the waist is 14” so should fit 28”
