lanifamily Hi I have purchased items from you and I hope you can help me because I know that you bundle. Today was my first live show and I need to bundle a few purchases I need help how to bundle items after a live. I had the live today and people are complaining that they are getting charged for more then one purchase. I know you have bundled for purchases from me so I hope that u can help me bundle so buyers don’t get charged more then once. Thank you for any help you can give me.

rags2rage @lanifamily hey, no problem. You need to tell everybody when they make purchases from the lives they will be charged shipping for each item until you bundle and they except the order. After you ship the order, you can go in and cancel the individual orders. Do not do that until you ship. When they make a purchase and alive, their purchase is binding and they cannot cancel it. If you re-bundle, they can cancel. I hope that makes sense. What you’re going to do is go into your sales.

rags2rage Search someone’s user name and all of their items will come up. You need to make a copy of each listing and share that with them. Make sure you raise the price on at least one of the items. then go to your bundles for sale. Select their order and make them an offer for the same amount. They paid total for those items in your life. They are paying the same price, but with one shipping.

rags2rage Once they except, message them that you will prepare their order and after it ships, you will cancel their individual orders, and they will see those credits. if they don’t except the bundle prior to it expiring, send it to them as separate orders. I’m not sure what the long-term affects will be, but I will take advantage of it while I can. rags2rage @sell1103 hi! Welcome!! If you look at my main listing for shows, it will have instructions. Not all poshers do it the same, but I think that (after several trials) this works best for me and for the sellers. I will be doing a Faux Posh Show later in the week to help others with sharing items and creating, managing, and running a Posh Live. I tagged you in the main listing (it’s a picture of me 😊). Like the listing and check it often for updates. 😉😊

makewisechoices It’s such a great addition. Play with it. What I was just told by Glam is that it’s super important to put in your key words (home, women, kids…) so people can do quick search for what they are looking for.

I have had a few silent shows with little viewers, thats ok, I can practice, however, I did switch it to a live show. 2) If I then switch to LIVE, can I pull items from my closet? 3) Will they see the item on the full screen, or just thumbnail?

tennis10skitty 4) Today I had a full tray of my stuff, setup as a live share show, & my items would not show up on the full screen when I auctioned them. I started the auction on IPAD, then logged into Laptop, using Phone to ADD items. Can you give me the best advice on creating a show, with my items as well as shared items...So frustrated! kareynascloset Hello Rachal! I wanted to say thank you for helping me with my question about doing a live from one or two listings. I figured it out. I used it at my summer tops and bathing suit show last night, but I didn't get much of an audience even though I sent out tags to a bunch of people. Is it better to have some things listed so they can see what the items are you are selling or is the element of surprise better? Or a little of both at different times.

rags2rage @kareynascloset good morning, so sorry for the delay. I’m glad that you were able to use the multiple item listings. Very convenient! While you’re trying to build up your following, it’s a really good idea to have listings in the tray. Even if they’re quick lists without pictures, the brand and size are very helpful for people trying to figure out if they’re going to hang in your show.

kareynascloset Hey I wanted to mention to you that maybe a topic of discussion could be perfume smells when we send items. The aqua shirt you sent had a little bit of perfume smell, but that does not bother ME at all. The reason I think it is a good topic is: I sent a jacket to a lady and I wash most of my items, except brand new, and she was nice enough to tell me without being mean that the jacket had a perfume smell, and I had washed that jacket, and she still could smell the previous perfume smell.

Do you think things go faster if you only run by request (via send emojis, etc.) instead of running all items, especially if many are unlisted? It seems to take longer to go over each item, then run it for no sale. It took me 2 hours to go through 20 or so unlisted and quicklisted items.
