Lululemon Racerback Tank size 8

I’m not sure of the size, but I think it’s a size 8! I’m selling for my mom and it no longer fits. Measurements in the photo. Please see measurements before purchasing as I do not know the size, I am guessing it’s an 8, but I am not 100% sure.
