@strahotna Hey, I’ve added more pictures of the details. It says it’s fully waterproof. It’s a beautiful jacket and no longer made. I have it in another colour but I’ve never worn it in more than drizzle.

@strahotna I just added some more pictures for you. It was on my husbands lap so my dogs didn’t jump on it but I measured 3 different spots. It’s about 19” pit to pit, about 18” at the narrowest point then back to 19” at the bottom. Give or take half inch just because of the way it was laying. If you’re worried about 1/2” let me know and I’ll take more accurate measurements.
