Light Blue with white/black speckled detail. Size 4. High turtleneck in front, open back with long fabric for tying into a bow or wrapping around to front. Fits at waist and true to size. Lightly worn. Cotton fabric. Tags off but Lulu logo intact. Super cute. Selling as my torso is quite long and I find the fit a little awkward on me. Hope someone else can love this item!
