In excellent used condition. No visible defect, no pilling. The only minor signs of wear is while laying flat, you can see the tiny lines/creases in the fabric where the back of the knees are. They won't be noticeable at all when you're wearing them. May have loosened a bit from wear, comparing to a brand new one, but it's by no means noticeable or saggy. If you're petite and plan to wear 21" as full-length or ankle-length legging, note that the ankle area may feel a bit loose. My iphone camera tends to alter the color of the photos, I would trust the official pictures more. It does not look as brown as the photo of my item. It looks more like burgundy or date color with a hint of brown. Retail price $88 + tax = $100.
