chelcollections @runfirstfast the fabric is not sheer thou it isn’t lined so it would show a darker colour thru. The neck is not tight fit like a spandex but it isn’t not a floppy lose fit. It could be folded over to be structure or gathered like in the photo. Hope this answers your questions. If not. Feel free to ask more 😉
