Lululemon on the Horizon Jacket

Reposhing this item I purchased from @chelsea____. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Beautiful sheer waterproof and windproof jacket. This is an oversized fit. I love it but unfortunately it is too big on me. It has never been worn or washed. Questions? Leave a comment below!
