Rip tag attached with yellow writing (indicating early 2000s) Black with light blue and blue stripe. Size 4. Asymetrical design. 4 way stretch, quick drying. New without tags, however, riptag is attached. Wrap skirt with tie on side - no shorts underneath. Waist - approx 12” not doubled - although this is a wrap and can be adjusted to fit Bottom width - approx 17.5” not doubled Curved hem for movement and one side is longer than the other - 13" and 10.5"
