Lulu's Black Strapless Textured Dress

Chic strapless dress with intricate texture. Perfect for evening events. This dress was never worn. I noticed a rip in the lining before my event and could not wear the dress as I do not sew and there was no time . I no longer need this dress and selling cheap at it will need the lining stitched up.
