Lulu’s Heavenly Hue’s Maxi Dress

Lulu’s dress size small- was altered in the shoulders and bust area to fit smaller also, plus it was hemmed. It would fit a size 4-6 person easily (I am 5”3 125 lbs). Small snags on the front on the bust as seen in picture. Paid $140 with tax shipping to canada and then paid $150 in alterations.
