Lulu’s Iced Latte Dress in White with Tassels

This is a current dress at Lulus.com. It’s a shift dress but I like to have more of an A-line shape in dresses since I am so short. Super cute though. I was inspired to get it after my bff wore it in her holiday Christmas photos with her husband.
