Lulu's Merriment to Be royal blue high-low dress

Beautiful blue hi-lo dress. There is a modesty clasp but I've also safety pinned it as I find the modesty clasp is still too revealing. The right belt loop has come loose Small stain in the front (see pic) not super noticeable as the dress flows as you move
