Lulu's Navy Floral High Low Dress

Breezy chiffon with a cream, periwinkle, and green floral print sweeps over a strappy, ruffled wrap bodice with tying waist. High-low skirt with front slit. Fully lined. Dress measures 18" longer at back. Worn for about 6 hours to a wedding. Got lots of compliments on the dress and I loved it as it was very forgiving for my postpartum body
