Lulus black floral tie strap dress

Lulus ‘started with a kiss’ black floral tie strap dress. In size small. Paid 89 CAD plus significant shipping and duties. Had bottom ruffle hemmed off to better accommodate my height. Now hits about 2 inches below the knee (im 5’3”). Beautiful print and condition. Only worn 2x!
