Adorable Lulu's strapless striped dress. Color has electric BLUE stripes even though my own photos show it more black. Size S. I've never worn it. It has a nice sticky plastic liner strip at the top so you don't have to worry about it slipping off!

theblondecollec @i_luv_elvis hi! The top measures 14 inches. It's an elastic, so when stretched, it can go to about 16 or so. The fitted waist under the bust (where the horizontal stripes stop) measures 13.5 inches with no stretch. The rest of the dress is a maxi style which is flowy and loose. There is a zip closure at the back. If you'd like, I can take some pictures of the lining underneath with a measuring tape. The material is silky feeling, and is 100 percent polyester (hand wash cold).
