Lulus tiered dress

brand new with tags. midi halter dress with tiered details. sunflower yellow in colour. beautiful dress and very comfortable! size small. I purchased for a family photo shoot but it didn't fit me. it is true to size. I should have sized down :) they no longer offer this online!
