shopmycloset193 @juliadiotallevi hi! Not stretched out the waist is 13 inches laying flat from side to side, stretched out the waist goes up to 18 inches. The leg holes are 6 inches laying flat from side to side not stretched out, it stretches out to 10 inches. I hope that helps
