In perfect condition. There is no tag, so unfortunately I don’t know what the material is, but it is a very nice quality fabric, stretchy, rip lightweight cotton type. Very beautiful gold embroidery design. Pit to pit 19”, stretches to almost 23” Length 59” Side slits on bottom 9.5” long Hem from top of both slit is 28” not including stretch.
