(M) Blue Ardene Tube Top Dress

(M) Blue Ardene Tube Top Dress with underskirt. Bought about 10 years ago for vacation - wore other dresses (I had too many, former retail manager). This dress has been to Cuba and Sao Miguel, Portugal - I realized in Portugal that it doesnt fit me anymore. Hanger straps are still on the dress. Smaller fitting Medium - but good stretch to the top. There is a dark navy underskirt built in, that has some weight in case the wind blows. Adds a nice effect as the top layer is a lighter blue. Tube top is sturdy and doesn't slip. Dressy while being comfortable. Very romantic, and flowy. No damage, hanger straps are yellowed - but those are meant to be torn off - just for hanging.
