lovelobeauty @kellyxox Kelly...when I sent this everything was fine. I did not know about a clasp? I had never used this bag or taken it out...everything I sent was new without box. I am new to poshmark and am only trying to do everything correctly. I've sold a few things now and have not had any other problems.

lovelobeauty @kellyxox I took photos put the contents inside the bag and it was not broken. I took everything to the post office to make sure I did everything correctly since I am new to this and then this morning I realized I still had the thank you card I meant to put in your box in my purse. I'm sorry for not sending that out with it.

kellyxox Maybe it broke during shipping the bag itself isn't great quality yanno mac doesn't specialize in fashion. I'm just gonna assume it broke in the mail the bags pretty much worthless cause I can't put the straps on I immediately took pics if you want to see but it's fine ill just accept your order cause the brushes are fine anyway. It's ok about the thank you card!

So, assuming it broke in the mail...I'm sorry it arrived and broke like that. I have not had any other issues and am just getting the hang of how you do poshmark...I appreciate you understanding.
