MACH & MACH Pink Striped Button Down shirt and mini skirt with Heart Accents

Charming pink striped button down with playful heart accents. Ideal for a fun, stylish look. Bought and never worn. The skirt has little black stains on it around the top, it came like that ( see pictures). But not noticeable when worn. Size 34/US 4 but I feel it fits more like a size 0 or a small 2. See measurement pictures. * from my inspecting, all rhinestones are intact. There may possibly be one or two missing.
