Ladies and gents dear posh members listen up: We have a major new sophisticated Fraud/Scam problem on here. Person approached me on a my private email address the moment I listed an item today. Eye brow raising right? Oh it gets better. They claim they are Trevor Mahoney and want to purchase. I said sure go through the app. I don’t see your “like” I don’t see your account. He says the “oh I’m old I don’t know the app my daughter will purchase THROUGH THE APP” I thought well ok. It’s going to be through the app then no problem. But then look what I got: another separate email in my private email account saying “ congrats you just sold your item!!!” Ok let me check the app. I can see that no it’s still for sale. So by now I know this is a scam. But let me indulge it. I went on “the website” where they allege they bought my item and look what it looks like: Poshmark logo and everything: Poshmark obtaining gate nonsense receive order! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS Nonsense.
