jkstewin From jkstewin! I deleted the blue Oxford Italian booties from my site in a moment of sellers remorse! They are back and ready to sell if you are interested!! I believe they are water resistant because they had a sticker on them that indicated water splashing off but I bought them in a small Roman boutique and no one spoke English so I didn’t confirm! I have worn them in the rain with no wet toes!
