I measure 37cm flat at the narrowest point where the tie is and 60cm long from the ruffled waist. Not a flimsy fabric, not stretchy. Declaring the following flaw: the deep V at the neckline where the two panels meet has a loose thread. I didn’t want to damage it by stitching it, could be worn as is. See photos from inside and outside of the neckline. Price reflects this.
