MARVEL The Monster of Frankenstein (FIRST ISSUE) #1 Comic Book 1970's

This comic was found during an estate clean out. It is in relatively good shape, with some age showing in light discolouring of pages, and signs of light use. Placed in protective plastic with cardboard backing. Great for collectors and those just wanting a small piece of history. If you have any questions please ask. I am open to reasonable offers.
