kimberlylapense @pinkplumeria60 hello! I purchased like that, however it doesn’t look like a burn, more a small tear, not very visible. The skirt can be worn any way you like! I prefer the pattern backwards, although I never worn it! And comes from a smoke free home 😊. It’s a beautiful piece.

kimberlylapense @pinkplumeria60 waist 16” hips fan to approx 31 and even wider hemline. Length is approx 27”. Hope this helps.
