MCM Herta Gertz Ceramic Floral Vase

Vintage mid-century modern vase by Herta Gertz from B.C. Ceramics of Vancouver British Columbia Canada. The interior of the vase is a pale cream glaze. The exterior is a matte blue glaze with painting of a long stemmed Trillium flower with stalks of grain and grass. Also there is an original gum label Canadiana Pottery Made in Canada. The base has stamped VANCOUVER CANADA x 2816. Written CANADA HAND-DECOR "TRILLIUM" x by HERTA 2816. Measures 9.7" high with a 5" x 5.4" opening and a 5" diameter base bottom. In excellent vintage condition with the exception of 1 small hairline chip/crack (see last picture).
