MCM Joseph Skinger mid-century modern vintage sterling silver earrings

Mid-century modern sterling silver earrings by Joseph Skinger (1911-1967), a Vermont studio metalsmith who was most active during the 1950s - 1960s. These square modernist earrings have rounded corners and an engraved oxidized pattern. The design is called "Pine Needle". The earrings are hallmarked sterling and have Skinger’s maker’s mark. The earrings, including the original screw backs, are in excellent vintage condition. Dimensions (approximate): Each earring measures ¾” square Total weight: 6.6 grams
