While listing, however, I ran my fingers along the interior to check for hairline cracks. Please examine the last 4 photos. These show 3 hairline cracks to the interior ... one is approx 3" long, two are approx 2" long. The longer one has affected the outer layer, the other 2 have not. Zoom in on last photo to see the affected outer layer Due to the nature of the glazing, this is extremely difficult to see, and the piece still displays beautifully The use of the metallic sub-glaze is quite uncommon, so it still represents a good buy and a useful addition to your collection.
