sarahchen6800 @sarahbella15 hi! The material is on the thicker side so I’d say that it fits true to size, not overly snug. But here are the measurements: pit to pit is 16.5” and shoulder to bottom hem is 23” xx

sarahchen6800 @sarahbella15 if you refer to my try on photo, you can see that it’s not very tight around my waist. I’m 5”2, XS/S and my waist is a 25 if that helps!
