MEC Rain Pants for youth, size 12. Built for the wettest weather and the splashiest activities imaginable. The seams are fully taped and the fabric has a DWR finish. Ideal in extremely wet conditions when the goal is to stay completely dry. Only worn a handful of times and in excellent condition.
