very good condition, light branch swipes on back side but other than that like new. highly water resistant even though MEC says waterproof. I'd say waterproof to 15 to 20min in heavy rain. it's not completely waterproof as it's lightweight and breathable and been tested during winter on Vancouver Island.

jpontheisland @jamie_dolly similar stats to this. mine is a 2021. think they have made improvements since so the one in the link likely has better water resistance, but I've worn this in heavy island rains and it does pretty good. https://www.mec.ca/en/product/6028-759/mec-x-aquanator-rain-jacket-mens?colour=Summit
