MEC men’s hiking pants, converts to shorts, great over a base layer, 4 season

These are in excellent condition with the exception of some pilling at the crotch. They have several features - -The waist has a Velcro cinching system -The front has two zipper pockets ( 6 inches wide and 10 inches long) The front has two button pockets, ( 7 inches wide by 8 1/2 inches long) These convert to 11 1/2 inch shorts . The total inseam without the shorts removed Is 30 1/4 inches. -The back has two snap pockets( 7 inches wide and 6 inches long -sturdy belt to carry items - zippers on both sides of the legs, from the bottoms to where the shorts end The rise is 12 inches And the waist is 42 inches From a smoke-freeand dog friendly home🏡
