I have a Medela Symphony Breastpump Kit and an extra pair of Small Breast Shields (21mm) for sale! (The kit already comes with a pair of medium size breast shields 24mm). This is an accessory kit for the Medela Symphony Breastpump, a hospital grade machine that you can buy or rent from any pharmacies. Used only once. Everything has been sterilized. I paid over $110 for everything ($80 for the kit + $20 for the extra pair of breast shields plus tax). Asking $50 for everything.
