findingariel @zackshoemaker Poshmark will handle the case accordingly. Under these circumstances, I believe you are not required to return item to me. If Poshmark decides that you need to return damaged item, they will provide you with a postage-paid mailing label. There is nothing further you need to do. You opened a case which is the appropriate thing to do. Poshmark will direct us what steps we need to take from here.
