She starts with an astrological talk about the moon/planetary positions & what it holds in store in the upcoming month, followed by meditation! staciewood516 @queenofhearts Yessss!!! That’s why I have them🧘‍♀️⭐️ I lived for hot yoga!!! We moved to Maine from FL & they don’t have if where I am!! It’s been a year ( we were supposed to be back home, but..COVID 😐) I’ve made my bathroom a yoga studio. Took a year but we finally figured out our shower has a steam attachment 🤦🏼‍♀️ I do that & put the heat on! I miss the studio in St Augustine so much!!

The last time I taught a class was back in March. Hoping I don’t lose my teaching chops. 🤞🏼 Teekis are amazing for hot classes - they feel like a second skin (as you know)! queenofhearts @staciewood516 My studios want me to teach online classes, but I’m still on the fence about it. It would be way out of my comfort zone and I’m worried I wouldn’t be a good virtual instructor. 😕 But I suppose I should at least give it a try. 💪🏼 It’s so humid in Florida, they could probably have hot classes outside!! I miss getting my sweat on and I miss the yoga/Pilates community! Do you take virtual classes or do you just do our own yoga in your steamy home “yoga studio?!”

I have not done virtual yet, but if you teach I promise to support you!! I signed up for The bar method online & the yoga collective, they’re just online classes not virtual & I downloaded Bikram’s class on iTunes & put that on in my makeshift studio. I’m a group class person though so it’s def an adjustment!

staciewood516 Yes! The group is open to anyone! You just get the app, make an account, find the group & join. No cost to join or sign up. I think the animal communication class is $15 and most online events are free or donation.💕 the classes are on zoom still ( well most ), Florida has been opening back up, so I’m thankful she’s still doing the zoom as well! I’m so glad we met too! It’s been nice having someone with the same interests to talk to!! It’s been a weird time, so it’s very refreshing ✨

I’ve been taking on-demand classes at home. It’s not the same without the heat, but better than nothing. I enjoy the energy of group classes too. My mom has been a dedicated Bikram yogi for years. I wish I could make her a hot room! There’s nothing like sweating everything out!

( it’s never ending life force energy) all about energy work, opens up your natural abilities to heal by your own hands, intuition, channeling, meditation etc very cool stuff!! I gave my dog Reiki every day & she lived to be 17& 1/2 🦋 that girl was healthy & strong until the very last day, which I’m eternally grateful for!!

staciewood516 ( I put my card in your package but it had my old info on it), because we were already supposed to have moved back to Florida in June☹️ I think we’re stuck here for another year because my BF can’t get transferred back down to work because of COVID. We’re remaining hopeful that it’ll happen but preparing mentally to stay. The little space heaters work great in a small room ( bathroom/ closet/shed etc) & they have small humidifiers you can buy.

I have 4 dogs (3 are rescues). I’m at my legal limit where I live! My eldest dog saved my life. Definitely a who rescued whom situation! ❤️🐶❤️

Also, my Reiki Master teacher who I studied under ( on the meetup app) has a wonderful website, healingwithmo.com. She has meditations, prayers to protect intuitive people, great descriptions on Reiki etc. on the top right of her sight is the drop down list. Just click on each one & there’s a ton of info! staciewood516 Meditation, chakra work, tai chi, yoga, crystals, shamanism, channeling , the divine, Gaia ( Mother Earth) and more are all part of reiki. Don’t fall for any Reiki certification online classes , you need attunememts and that can’t be done online, also any 1-2 day workshops for all your certifications even in a classroom. It takes at least a month in between each level to fully grasp what you learned & practice.

staciewood516 I love that you maxed out your rescue quota 😍 we were blessed with a kitten that didn’t even weigh 1 pound, my bf found him at work almost 2 years ago& brought him home. I almost had a heart attack when he came in the house because my dog hated cats. Well she took him in & it was the sweetest ❤️ I was told by spirit she sent for him & had my bf find him because she knew I wouldn’t bring a kitten in the house because of her.

I think everyone does, but one has to learn to open up to the abilities. My biggest issue is trusting my inner voice. I think I’ve only doubted myself because of the influence of other people who aren’t in tune with their inner voices or Spirit. It’s refreshing to talk to someone who gets it and understands!

queenofhearts @staciewood516 My other issue is needing to learn how to protect myself from other people’s energy. I tend to absorb whatever energy is around me and it can be really draining. I’m especially sensitive to people’s sadness... I can always pick up on it and feel it. Going into a crowd is usually really overwhelming because I pick up on so much stuff. I care for 7 outdoor kitties. They started off feral, but I usually befriend them easily. One of them you’d think is a domesticated kitty except for the fact he has his ear clipped! I already trapped most of them and got them fixed. Unfortunately, the TNR program here isn’t open right now.

staciewood516 You’re an empath for sure if you’re picking up everyone’s energy!!! Now is an especially hard time because there’s an overwhelming amount of bad / sad energy all over the world. Look up selenite! I carry it on me. It helps to absorb it . I’ll ask Mo if she has some still & have her mail it if she does. I would definitely start to ground yourself, say a protection prayer & cut cords everyday. It will help! I live in the middle of nowhere Maine & have seen 1 bear, 3 deer, 2 fox, 2 raccoons, 3 squirrels& 1 bobcat in a year. That’s actually what made me start to research the meanings behind the “visitors” I get. It’s so fascinating!!! The Native Americans really believed in animal totems so I love reading about their culture & beliefs!

Hopefully, he just went wandering in the full moon the other night. I live out in the country, so there’s lots of wildlife. He was bitten by something two months ago, but even then he still showed up for food. I love that you have a strong connection with animals too! There’s so much magic and mysticism in the world if people would just open up to it!

I’m hoping maybe someone has taken him in rather than my fear that wildlife got to him. I checked all the roads and ditches around here. His brother was struck and killed on my road on Mother’s Day. 😓

staciewood516 For some reason I keep getting 3. 3 scratches, 3 fence posts ..? & 1 tree stump ( maybe 3-5 feet tall), no leaves, etc. & seeing a light green almost teal color, a bright white light, & I heard “I’m ok mom” when I try to channel your kitty but that’s all I’m getting .. idk if any of that makes sense to you or if there is somewhere by you that fits that description. Sometimes messages are very specific, sometimes I get random pieces of information.

queenofhearts @staciewood516 No, nothing. 😞 The things you were picking up on yesterday are kinda relevant to an area where a feral mama cat and her 2 kittens hang out. I’ve been feeding them. One of her kittens looks almost exactly like my missing guy. The property is long and narrow, so there’s a lot of fencing in the backyard orchard on both sides. Thanks for checking in and caring! ❤️ I’m trying to think if there’s any barbed wire on the neighbor’s property. The search continues...

queenofhearts @staciewood516 Thank you, my friend! There are a lot of fires going on in CA right now. My zone went on evacuation warning yesterday. I have important papers and photos packed up and food for the dogs. I had to evacuate last October. It was awful having to leave the outdoor kitties behind. 😿 I snuck home every day to quickly feed them and provide clean water. If I have to leave again, I’ll probably do the same as long as it’s safe. As if a pandemic wasn’t enough! Hope things are well back in ME!

We have our share of earthquakes out here and they can be scary (and now wildfires are common because of drought), but hurricanes look like a nightmare to me. They’re SO destructive. The neighbor said they’ve seemed really hungry. Poor kitties. They’re used to eating at the same two times every day. At least they’re getting something though! And the water bowls have to be changed often because of all the ash. I’m so ready for some rain.

He could live on the temptation treats. Little sh** Won’t eat tuna if I open the can,only my big. He got that from Bellah. She decided only his baked chicken was edible. queenofhearts @staciewood516 Your animals sound well loved like mine! At one point I was feeding 9 kitties, so I started getting wet & dry food at Costco. Better prices than anywhere else. I’m spoiling the kittens and feeding them Honest Kitchen. It’s pricy but it’s great stuff! It’s dehydrated and gets reconstituted w/ warm water, so I know they’re getting enough moisture. My doggies LOVE boiled chicken too - must be doggy caviar!

queenofhearts @staciewood516 It’s looking like things will open back up on June 15th. Gyms and studios will still have to wait and see what the local guidelines will be. I’ve tried teaching in the hot room in every kind of mask imaginable and I can’t breathe in any of them. 😩 Either my mask gets sweaty, loses shape and I start inhaling it up my nose or the k95s are just so thick and seal my face so well that I can’t get any air.

Drip.. so today I took a 3i0 minute jacuzzi and steam Ba’th ( the doors close so you’re in there steaming ) it took me 30 minutes after to breathe normal. I was so hot. I got next to no sleep Mon and Tues nights. I had headphones on and was listing to the event and feeling relaxed (rare for me), and I conked out after the meditation began. But it’s a good thing because I so desperately needed some sleep.
