Hi! My name is Jess and I've been on Posh for over 5 years now. I have come to love shopping here more than an actual store! Most of my items are NWT or have been worn once or twice, unless otherwise noted. Animal friendly house, but all clothes are kept in storage bins and washed prior to shipping. thebookmark Hello Jess. I wanted to get in touch with you. You told me to take pictures and video tape my items before I shipped them. Well I just had my first claim that I shipped a dirty item to a buyer. I provided my pics and I lost. Have you had that happen to you?

jess167 @clarkmasterson 👋🏽 hi. Oh no! I'm sorry that happened to you. The claims I've dealt with had to do with the "color not as described" and "tags not attached." I don't recall losing any cases. Did they provide any pictures as proof? I'm in a Posh group on FB and a lot of sellers have been commenting on how there's a trend in buyers making false claims/exaggerating 😡 probably bc they have buyers remorse
