For your shopping pleasure, I scour the thrift shops for quality clothes, plus items I add from my own closet. I love satisfied customers! If you're not happy, I'm not happy. readeadams The hats, yes. Sears has the most spectacular church hats, so-called on the display kiosk. When a new season comes in, i go try on all the new hats and take a selfie in each. Most of them dwarf my head. The photos amuse my husband, so that's my gift to him every season.

readeadams @karebear51 Thank you. I go to Sears for the hat photos because they have a tiny section called "church hats" that usually has really flamboyant selections. Those in the photo are tame compared to the spring and summer hats. The kitties are our babies. My children long ago left home, so it's just me and the kit-kats and my husband.

readeadams @misstana I'm concentrating on Posh right now because I'm in the middle of combining the sewing notions of three generations of women in my family, plus my husband's mother, and my sewing room is uninhabitable. I need a full time assistant for everything I want to do, plus a chef, handyperson, laundress, housekeeper. Oh, and someone to do the filing. I strongly dislike filling. I'll put up a listing of mittens when i have some ready but it may be s month or so, alas.

The sign over the hats says "church hats," so I imagine there is a good market for women who wear hats, at least on Sundays. The hats are always too big for me so I assume that whoever buys the hats has a lot more hair than I do. :)

In order to be allowed to host a Posh Party, everything in a closet must be compliant. Twice a day for your own closet, if possible. Follow posh rules (no nail polish, perfumes, small appliances, etc.) and start listing! The best to you going forward.

boots826 And speaking of depression. I just lived one of the worst years of my life and I'm 62 and been thru A LOT or S**t but the past year has been super tough. I also have a therapist and on a good old antidepressant and if it weren't for them and the grace of God, I'd be a goner by now. I'm MUCH better now because of them! I send you love and blessings!

readeadams @gypsybeauty1111 That's great! Thank you. I have dozens of pictures with the hats. I used to go take photos at Sears whenever a new seasonal batch of hats was displayed. The kiosk was called "Church hats." Pretty much every hat was too large for my head and hung down over my ears.

patasy @readeadams I'm a big and tall girl with a 46 inch bust, and it fits me just fine, comfortably actually. I just don't like turtlenecks! The bust is 40 in unstretched, from shoulder to hem 27 in, sleeves are nice and long at 26in.

readeadams @girlfriendnj I love all three pairs but especially the cateyes with rhinestones. Unfortunately, I had them propped on my head when I was cooking, and they fell off when I turned my head. They landed on a wood floor and lost eight rhinestones. I could only find one, but I'll keep looking. I was bummed. I might be able to find matching ones at a bead and rhinestone shop.
