baseball_jen All I have is my elliptical trainer ... I miss weights, core (which I technically could do at home but once the lazy sets in its hard to get rid of)! baseball_jen I was am elite athlete for 20 years - swimming pretty much anytime I wasnt in school. I swam competitively (often against Natalie Coghlan - the gold medalist many times over - she went to a rival high school). Somehow I fit in water polo for four years & synchronized swimming. Most people think it is stupid but it was far more dufficult than anything Ive ever done in my life.

baseball_jen Sometimes I dont think people get that the pool is 16 ft deep amd often you woukd have to be moving and holding your breath for up to two min! It was worth it tho bc at the time, the local team in my once small NorCal town was literally the best in the world by far and given the standards and work ethic we were held to I can see why now that theyve dropped their standards. It used to ne that 6 was tge cutoff age to try out and now they are letting teens randomly join. smh.

baseball_jen But my coach swam in Atlanta in the 96 Olympics and the 8 person team waa composed of 8 girls from Walnut Creek and one alternate from Santa Clara, one from AZ. They got all 10's and quite obviously brought home the gold. Tge workload was not easy but it was worth the challenge and I figured you would understand that. Anyway, Im sorry to ramble. I tend to do that esp. when Im in reminisce mode!

bigtimemmm Love your style Meghan. I’m Melanie since I will be 50 in 2020, I’m definitely wishing I would’ve kept up the working out! It’s sooo important. But I was busy with my son - as a single mom! My son spent some time in the hospital growing up, usually 3-4 x’s a year! Then @ 14 he was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and then @ 18 they said he had cerebritis in his brain - he was having major headaches.

bigtimemmm However, Right after he turned 19 years old, he was diagnosed with brain cancer! He had a full resection July 26, 2018. Just now fully recovered & back in college classes full-time. Had to take a total of 4-5 semesters off. Anyway, I will get some of my stuff on here! Especially, the coats! Perfect time to try to get rid of them.

pickymissy Meghan, I have purchased one of Lauren Burgess' hand painted flannel shirts in a SMALL and it is too tight on my arms. I got her permission to resell it from my closet.
