@d_walla ok on my end it says delivered? Do you have an email I can send a screen shot to you to prove that. You realize the time of year the USPS Was backed up for weeks!? Totally not my fault. This is strictly a USPS issue, not mind! I hope we can figure this out so you can get rid of your 1 star rating

@ciara_n all it says was that it was delivered to 85008 in the mail box but it wasn’t. I know it’s not your fault and I accidentally accepted this order when I meant to accept another order. I went into the order and stated that it wasn’t delivered, but I don’t know how Poshmark monitors that.

@d_walla try to go to purchases and see if you can select item and contact support. If you can’t figure it out, Google it. I’m not really positive but I got response back and they said they do have a protocol in place if you don’t receive item when it says you did. They did also say correspondence needs to be done through you and there’s nothing further they can help me with
