needlusmkdowns Hi Laura, I am baffled and saddened at the rating you have given today on the Khaleesi wig you purchased a month ago; you stated that shipping time could be improved. You purchased the item at 10pm on a Thursday, as I work Friday I shipped it on Saturday and you received it on the Monday. You also state the item wasn’t clean, it was NWT in original packaging. It has been a month since you purchased this item I pack things to safely get there .

If you had a problem with this purchase I wish you had contacted me when it arrived so I had a chance to remedy whatever you thought was wrong with it.
